Its not always the case as a woman has to be believed now if she makes a claim.
Well it's the same with me being called out for stealing. Someone made a claim and it was immediately believed. It can happen to anyone.
When I say protect themselves I mean by not saying anything or doing anything that might be misunderstood or used against them. Like a female colleague asked if I could leave her home her car broke down and she needed a ride but I told her I was heading to a friends house after work. Harsh yes but the woman had reported a colleague last week for being inappropriate in the workplace for asking her out and he didn't get that promotion meanwhile another guy who asked her out and is a great looking guy wasn't reported and they are both an item.
Did it turn out that theif was the person most vocal about you being the theif out of interest?
I see what you mean. I agree with your way of thinking. Being nice can often count against you in the workplace. I see this all the time. Yes the person who did it fabricated lies and made it out to be me. I was a easy target.
Thats actually a good point. With this many men will be exonerated or convicted.
Yup... The fairest way.+ then everyone would do their job more conscientiously. xD
No doubt some feminazi mod will have it taken off as the question supposes that a woman could lie about sexual harassment.

Asker: Hahahaha I love that. I know a woman that needs that given to her right now. LOLThere was a guy that asked a question here tonight and he had a woman at his work ask him for weeks I think it was what he gets up to on his weekends. One of the times she asked he said and told her what he was doing next weekend and asked if she wanted to come. She went running to her boss and her boss took her side and he got in trouble for harassment.
