You can't.The brain doesn't work that way.The more you need sleep, the more active your brain becomes. Your brain senses when you are stressed and responds by injecting itself with pure adrenaline. You think, "Man, I have a big test tomorrow morning, I need eight hours of sleep." But your brain thinks, "Man, this guy is stressed out, let's give him a huge boost of anxiety to help him deal with whatever his problem is. The next eight hours is critical to give him as much nervous energy as possible so he can come down for a crash right afterwards and get some big ol' healthy sleep!"Your brain is always going to sabotage you, and when you try to outsmart it, you just outsmart yourself and your brain still fucks you over. You just need to learn how to live without sleep. How to stop worrying about being tired, because you WILL be tired, that's just the way it goes. The universe is kind of all just one big joke, and the punchline is kind of, "Hey, fuck you." And you're the one that's getting told that. And that's the joke.
You know how when you’re like, sick as fuck? Maybe it’s a hang over. Maybe you did too many sprints. Maybe you got a stomach bug and you’re just feeling like shit.I always lay down and pass out when I’m sick. I don’t think. Because thinking makes me more sick. I just like, lay there, and suffer while remaining completely still. I dunno, I just do what my body tells me. And I fall asleep so well during those times.So now I’m trying to copy that when I go to sleep regularly. Just be mindless, breath, stay really still. It’s hard to do tbh. But it seems to work if I can manage to do it.I dunno. That’s the best I got.
If you are used to sleeping and waking up late you need to change your pattern. So no matter if you fall asleep tonight at 4am you wake up at 8am tomorrow, then you’ll be tired and sleep earlier tomorrow night and then you put an alarm on to wake up at 8am again, then you’ll do it everyday and eventually you will get into a pattern of sleeping early and waking up early. You need to relax before you go to sleep. Eat an hour before you try to sleep and don’t stress about things before falling asleep. Listening to music or being on your phone will keep you up so try reading a book for half an hour to one hour. Some people say a shower an hour before bed makes them feel cosy and helps them fall asleep better. Try to also tire yourself out during the day by working out a lot and being active so your body will require the rest and just fall asleep as soon as you’re in bed.

Here's how:Your brain needs to cool down a couple of degrees to induce sleep. Use a (towel-covered) cold pack on your neck, forehead and the top of your head for a few minutes to help brain down your brain temp by cooling the blood flowing to your head. Upon wakening, help your rhythm by stepping outside into the sunshine for a few minutes. Yolu should be good to go!

I don't sleep at night. I just can't. Things are more beautiful at night. I can hear everything so sharp. My body fully energies. I really don't want to miss night times. I usually sleep at morning when the morning breeze is on. Only then I sleep like a rock. But sometimes if I need to sleep at night I always use warm water or warm milk before bed and keep lights off or very dim depending on mood.
I have used a breathing technique that: I leaned in my 20's it hyper ventilated and give the body more oxygen to relax It's not had difficult to do in the least and I use it every night go to sleep much faster. But one hand on your chest on on your stomach. Breathe in from the diaphragm and your chest will your lungs then exhale using the your abdomen. Repeat as often as required. It really aids to fall asleep quickly.
Try hitting a pan over your head,(position it just above your head and give it a nice smack, put some power into it) make sure you're positioned in a way were you'd fall safely and semi-gently onto your bed. Also make sure to use the bathroom before hand as you cannot get up to use the bathroom when unconscious. When you wake up you might feel disoriented and have a huge fucking bump but that's ok

Yeh there's some weird shit out there but amogat it there's plenty of relatively “normal” background noise type stuff that i find helpful for relaxing/sleep
I've read a good trick is to lie in bed putting in an effort not to fall asleep and somehow that should make you more sleepy. I haven't tried it personally because usually I sleep like a baby.
Get a microwave electric blanket! Get a full 8 hours of sleep in 45:00!
Lay on your back look at ceiling either count to 100 or meditate and let go of everything you're worried about
Listen to a podcast on your earphones. Try to stay awake and listen to it. Puts me out in seconds.

Meditation, try to empty your mind from your thoughts. Close your eyes and think of a beautiful place. Think of how beautiful each element is... It helps me, probably it will work for you.
Don't use any screens for at least an hour before going to bed and keeping the light low beforehand.
Hire some guys so they will beat the shit out of you , you will get very tired and sleep.

It may seems a bit unusual but you've to stop thinking and imaginating differents things. Just focus on the fact you're about to sleep
Turn everything off, having as little light on in the room as possible, and then just lay there, you'll fall asleep. It helps to also be tired, and to not sleep in.
