You can major in Fashion Design and go to law school as long as your GPA is high enough and your LSAT score is good enough.
Theology (Religious Studies is not what it is called) is not a dead end course. It can lead to a career as a pastor, a priest, or a missionary. It is an extremely respectable course. Gender Studies leads to nothing and brings you no respect.
@GigiMary It is dead end course. Plus pastors and priest are creepy pedos who love raping young kids
Okay, what? You are taking examples of misconduct in the *Catholic* Church and applying it to the entire Church. The Catholic Church has an issue, but most Priests and Pastors are wonderful, kind, God-Loving people.
@GigiMary Plus they are all strictMany of my friends who were religious left their churches, because it was strict and soo many rules
I like the structure the church gives my life, and I like the community it gives me too. Some people don't like it, and some people do. That doesn't make being a pastor or a priest wrong. I don't see what you are getting at. People like different things.
@GigiMary I believe in freedom not strict authoritarian rules. Less rules the better
It totally agree with you. The less rules the better - but people should still have the choice to follow a set of rules if they want. I choose to be a member of my church out of conviction, not because anyone is forcing me to.
A feminist I knew said there were a few boys in her gender studies class... but of course most were gay 😅
@StephenCF lol why am i not surprised
@PrinceOfAljazeera It was more surprising that this feminist wasn’t made an outcast for dating a straight white male at the time 😆
@StephenCF oh god😂
