“I’m lovin’ it” sound familiar? It’s wrong to speak it but big corporations like McDonald’s use it to make money and draw people in and relate to people? Funny. I like to think how people communicate is just that, there’s nothing to correct, but learning a new way to talk/other languages is perfectly fine. Do you feel people who speak “broken English”, Ebonics etc are automatically less smarter than you? Do you feel Ebonics should stop being demonized especially in schools, and maybe even accepted as a legitimate language? What’s your views on “standardized English”?
