Got offered a new job, but it requires passing a test after 4 weeks, what to do about my current job?

I got offered a job that pays way better, 4 weeks training and than I take a very hard test to be certified in their software. But my current job I am a permanent employee with benefits and my other job I got offered is great, but it's 4 weeks training than I take a test, I am unsure if I'll even pass it and I have to go to on-job training and study. What do I do?

I also have a condition that I can use to file for an FMLA if I can leverage that but I am confused. In case things don't work out, and I have to go back to my current job.
