Thanks for your honest answer. I'm still jealous of people with degrees through since they're smarter and all that...
I'm surprised by the number of dudes that would date someone without a degree, to be honest.
Note I said they're *statistically* more successful. They're not smarter. The primary skills required for a college education is hard work and persistence, not intelligence.

Really? It took my sister who has a degree almost a year to get a job when she lost her old one.
I was looking for simple stuff like Pizza Hut / McDonalds / Secretary / Copy Editor
oh lol Even though I didn't have a degree I got a lot of interviews. Writing was always something I was strong at i guess but interviews always kinda went bad
Your buddy is the exception, not the rule.
As I mentioned above, I work oilfield and make over 100K a year. And, I didn't finish high school. That phony education counts for shit. Being dependable, having good work ethic and being a good employee will carry you a lot further than that extremely expensive piece of paper ever will.
You're so self-focused you can't see the real world around you. Yeah, go ahead, encourage people not to go to college over a combination of a single industry and good ol' conspiracy theories, that sure will help society better itself.
@DiscomfortZone if someone wants to learn a trade, how is that bad?
☝️ Exactly. Plus, I get to keep all the money I didn't have to borrow in student loans.
@Dog20 not bad at all, and not different than college all that much.
How Society views College dropouts is there dumb but in reality, College teaches us tons irrelevant things in life
