Is this a form of dyslexia?

I have the tendency to miss/skip words when I'm writing things out.
My English comprehension, spelling and grammar is fine but I dont always notice when they missing. Even if I was to re-read and double check sentences.

I know this is because my mind can process things faster but it will also fill in the blanks when it hasn't been physically written down.

Also can substitute letters for numbers which can be problematic within an accounting/bookwork role especially for audit purposes.
For example: I could easily mix 3 = E, 4 = A, 5=S , B= 8 or 9 =G

Is this normal or could it be borderline dyslexia of some sort?
