are you like a linguist-angel dropped from the sky by God named umberto eco writing the name of the rose for me? oh holy thunder, perfect mind! i think i've been boom-clapped!
@kymberz Not really, I guess. I'm just an amateur language-enthusiast. Just having been exposed to 3variants of English (plus my other native-language, Tagalog) and being required by the U. S. school-systems to study a '2nd-langauge' (a recognized, testable, gradable one this time) in a school whose foreign-language classes specialized in 1, and later transferring to another with yet another specialty, while holding enough interest in some other languages & cultures (plus, some computer-languages, as of late) to self-study a bit during my free-time has made me more conscious of language (and influenced my own applied grammar in pretty non-standard ways). I am unorthodox in a number of ways.
