I’ve decided to change majors, which causes me to apply to a fairly competitive program. I don’t tend to test well on subjects because of my general anxiety and frequent panic attacks. Does anyone have study tips and or test anxiety tips? I apply myself once I’m in a class, so it’s fine. However, I’ve blanked out and ruined every ACT I’ve attempted.
I’ve started taking supplements for anxiety that are working wonders, it’s been two weeks since I’ve had a panic attack now. I was even fairly calm before my midterm exams! Thank you for all of the advice, everyone!
