Does GPA really matter in getting scholarships? Please help?

I am going to apply for a scholarship for a master's in orthodontics. I am expecting a GPA between 3.22 - 3.44. Is it fine or what? I really want to get this scholarship.
I have done a lot of activities like volunteering, joining conferences, finishing a lot of online courses (with credits) in multiple subjects that support my work in dentistry and my job in NGOs, working experience in dentistry, and NGO jobs...
What I am trying to say is what will increase my chances of getting a scholarship besides having a high GPA...
