Why am I being so uncomfortable and anxious when I've started to think more and work towards my goals?

I used to be a lazy sponge.
I Loved to binge watch shows, eat loads of chips, junk food and drinks. I can say that I was ALMOST NEAR TO HEDONISM.
But as I've hit my 20's I'm starting to think more about my life, career and skill.
I've started to work as a beginner in order to develop skill.
But SUDDENLY I FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE and have ANXIOUS thoughts like that what if I won't make it.
How do I keep moving forward?
Why am I being so uncomfortable and anxious when I've started to think more and work towards my goals?
