How would you feel if a job call you for an interview just to tell you that you are not qualified for the job?

Usually they don't, they simply don't call you. But if you had an interview, they might, just to let you know that you didn't get it. If that's the case, I'd appreciate the phone call regardless. At least I'm not wondering what happened or if I got it or not.

I’d use it as a learning opportunity and ask them how I could improve for future interviews.
