I am SO overwhelmed. How can I calm down?

Question

I am having 4 hours classes daily and getting homework for every class.

I took one extra online course to finally finish it and get some experience but it also has projects involved.

I'm engaged with those tasks but I'm missing out on : To practice Dancing and acting to get a career in TV or film industry. But not able to do this because I'm feeling burned out.

Why not take one day off and make a list mam, that way you can make a time table from it. With this you can get your work done and also find some time to rest.

Yes I made a list but practically was able to do online course and classes work. When the time for acting came I felt like not doing it. I am hypersensitive personality so I tend to need my space. I'll try to be more stronger. I know what to do when but sometimes fail to follow.

It happens mam, when you work too much you get exhausted easily.
Try scheduling your work better like a class then something you like, then a class again.
That way you won't get exhausted early.
