I been working super well and hard past 2 workdays... When will my manager notice and say something?

Been there almost a year. Few months short of.

And i think she noticed im diligent at first but to be frank i got caught up in the culture of the lazy whining employees and relaxed too much.

I guess i didn't know how to not go with the flow around me.

Anyway now she put me lately in a position where i can show my oranization skills and i am very swift now. Someone, a. colleague , said i could be a leader now cause they noticed how fast i am lately.

That's really awesome, when your evaluation comes around, or after a few months, I would point out to your boss that you think you've been an upstanding employee and you hope that's noticed and reflected upon her future in the company. It takes more than a month or two to prove that this is the kind of employee you're going to be from now on.

This medium is really more for building aquaintences, but just being a presence here in the community, answering questions and being kind to people, you start to recognize the different active users here and they recognize you. Just be kind and people are usually kind back. I don't know if this is the best friend building place though. I recommend going to a local church, or activity club. At my park, they have months disc golf tournaments. I've made friends there. Its a much healthier way of developing friendships than through social media. Especially since there can be creeps here that get your personal information.
