Should I drop her in it?

I know this woman and she lies about everything. Makes her way through her career by fabricating her experience and working positions on her CV etc. I know she's lied about having a position in a previous organisation that she never attained (she never even worked there) and used this experience to gain her current position. Should I mention it to her manager and the organisation she claimed to have worked for?
