What is a diplomatic way to refer to a job position that anyone can be - requires no training or even skill as long as you can follow directions?

Typical title is-
Entry-level position.

What it means is-
Minimum wage for minimum work.

I will give a tiny bit of push-back (or possibly agreement, depending on which way you look at things) on the "no skill as long as you can follow directions" part. Passengers who couldn't fold a paper airplane HAVE successfully (read that "no one got killed") landed jets a couple of times when the pilot/co-pilot/nav have been rendered incapable of doing this by following instructions from the control tower.
I used to have to write and /or edit proc's (Procedure Manuals) when in the computer department of a "Big Corporation". You would be surprised at how much is taken to granted that the average person knows - but doesn't, unless they have common sense or the proc mentions it SPECIFICALLY - - - - right down to plugging in the computer before trying to use it.
