I am the owner of a small apartment in the city center of the town where I live. Its renovation was complete in January. It's been a month that it's empty. It's small, two rooms, a bathrooom and a kitchen/ living room. It's ideal for 2 students mostly. But now universities are doing remote lessons.. Income earners seem to prefer cheaper and older apartments, not expensive newly renovated ones. Should I just lower the price? I did spent a lot on that renovation. I gave it to a real estate agency, but they seem to have listed incorrect information, making it appear bigger and newer than it is. Isn't this unethical or is it something everyone does? However, I had no serious offers. How do I find a good real estate agency? Should I search for a renter by myself, via websites etc?
