School is going to get harder. How should I deal with this?

What does C equate to? Is that a 2.2?

University did get harder for me, Business, but I did get a 2.1 classificiation. That's in a field that I hated and I couldn't be arsed with. I just pushed myself in the last year, and particularly, in the last 3 months of the last year, and blasted it.

You're academically competent right? You should be alright. What do you think your grade will be this year?

Although of course, one can question the wisdom of something you don't like for 3 years :)

On a different note, as someone who hired those with “MBA’s”, I never hired anyone with an undergrad in business as well. Further, I also quickly learned to only hire those with previous employment history. A large number of applicants had zero work history and only studied “business” and had expectations of 65k plus salaries from a first time employer. Not going to happen. Also, I learned to avoid Ivy league MBA’s as they routinely lost us 2 and a half million in business. I have zero idea what they are “preaching” at the ‘5’ as far as business is concerned, but it far out of touch with reality.

I just completed my studies, thinking about doing master. I have been there. I got scared of that. some how I managed to not get below c. no matter how hard the studies and how extremely lazy and get distracted very easily. and I realized I changed my mind because i feel lazy to do master. I would think about back up plans, other schools. For example, I want to go to this prestigious school but, if I can't, I will go to this less prestigious school but in the same field of study.

Otherwise, when it comes to stressing less, try to think more about what you have to do now instead of wondering if you will make it. Try to focus on getting good grades now instead of dedicating too much energy to the "what if" scenarios.

How as it been going so far in terms of grade? If you have been doing good enough, there is a good chance that you will still be doing good enough later on.

I'd try to find a classmate you can study with remotely. Whenever I got in this mental mode I always found a classmate in the same class that was more comfortable with the material, studied with them and I actually recovered a failing class by doing this method along with using hand made flash cards

My degree is in business management. It's hard work. I'm not mathematical so it took several attempts to pass accounting and economics, but I was able to eventually.

Don't forget that the further modules build on the foundation of the early ones. You'll get there.

Well a c isn't too difficult. I'll admit I've never been to college, I'm sure it's harder than high school. That being said in all my experiences with schooling I've found that if you complete all of your assignments you're in pretty good shape. One thing that ruines your performance is stress, so try to take it easy and get the sleep you need. You'll be alright.

Yeah, the further you go in to education, the more difficult. I'm taking one of the hardest classes I've ever taken, native American history. i have two quizes a week, and in two weeks, i have to do three quizzes and a paper. yeah, not easy, is it.. the good thing though is, this class, gets me one VERY big step closer, to graduation

Stop thinking about it and just doing it yes thats not as easy said as done but the worry off a thing tends to be harder then actully doing the thing plus worrying about it will just cause doubt and effect your ability to do said thing

Isn't it possible to split it up? Take half of the subjects one year and then take the rest the next year? Will take longer, but it will be less stressful and probably lead to better grades.
