Take breaks not so often. Once per hour do every thing pee pee, drinking, during the breaks, set timer. Walk 250 steps inside the house. Come back to where you left of. Be kind with self if you get distracted. Use positive affirmations to focus back on study. Use NLP. tell your self I come back to study smoothly when I get distracted
Hourly breaks. 2 hours max. Build the endurance by increasing time up to 2 hours max
