What should I do to speak English better?

The two best pieces of advice I can give to someone trying to learn a new language is to hang around native speakers and keep practicing, as well as take a course to learn the language. By hanging around native speakers, you will hear how they interact and how they speak to others, and that can help a great deal. A course at school or an online course or set of courses (like Rosetta Stone for example) is another way to learn the language. You just need to put in the time and practice. Good luck!
From your question I'd say your English is just fine. It could be worth looking at stuff they don't teach in English classes but are common in everyday speech such as idioms. Things like "over the moon" or "beat around the bush". They often confuse non native speakers.
It's also worth looking at the sloppy English spoken in real life. The big give away to spotting someone who learnt English later in life is their grammar is often better as bad habits haven't crept in.
