Yeah that’s pretty shitty, I’ve always seen that as a total lack of respect. Most people want a life outside of work and it’s just disrespectful to ignore that
One time I was at work, and I had to go talk to a high-up person in the office. (He was the coolest guy)I said, " Hey, Scott, how was your vacation?"LMAO If you looked up the meaning of "laid back" in the dictionary, you'd see a picture of Scott. He was also kind of a Wordsmith and philosopher. He said to me: "Have you ever tried to replace the spool on a weed wacker? I told him that I had not had that pleasure, before. His analogy wasn't about his vacation, because that was great. His analogy was about the weed wacker hell he'd have to deal with when he got back to work. That was the day I learned what "FUBAR" meant. LOL
Thanks for the MHO
I know, bastards know I want out too. Been holding paperwork I need hostage for over 3 months now. Only reason I’m still here tbh
Is that even legal? What I would do is demand the paperwork from my boss, or threaten to take it to HR. I’d send this request via email, and keep proof of having sent it. At this point you should look for other work and like you said, refuse to go back.
No, but that’s never stopped him. No HR here lol, boss runs the whole show. Already looking
