Thats the easy stuff. I could have helped with that.
My class was full of HS vals and sals. We still sucked at calc
The AP students should have already known that. They take PreCal in HS. There really isn't much of a difference to it
I was an AP student, hence top 10 and being sal… and i took precal. Came out with a C in that class but still failed the majority of the tests. Math is not my strong point. But history, English, etc is what kept my gpa high
Dang. Well then help me my history class when I take it late fall. And my American Federal Government class im in now
I was really shocked i passed Am Fed Gov. But my studying technique was one most won't do. I go through every page of the chapter and take notes. 30 pages, Comes out to about 8 notebook pages of notes. I would then study each day til i summed up everything even more. It would go down to 6 pages then 4 then 2. I’d study those 2 pages the morning of the test and just memorize everything. Til this day, i couldnt tell you a thing i learned. The goal of passing school was to memorize everything i wrote so that i could pass the test 🤣
Lol. Well shit, your style is better than mine. My quiz/exams, I just copy and paste in Google and find the answer. Like you, im not gonna remember a damn thing from these classes. I remember what my last instructor said after I wrote down a definition of something the first week for an assignment. He had to have been pretty pussed off with my response.
Lmao he prob was 🤣 And man i majored in business and really hate i didn't pay attention to stuff cause when people try to discuss marketing and economics with me, I don't know wtf theyre talkin about lol
Lol. Well if you dont do it every day, you don't really remember it. Everything we do is a muscle memory. The more we do it, the easier it is to remember and learn from it. But this is why I didn't go to college when I was younger. I was never gonna remember any of it. Plus I really never got any support from anyone. So I didn't really care.
To be honest, I dont really remember the class it was or the instructors name from the class I was explaining and it was just last semester.
I think it was like philosophy or something of the sort. We had to define something the first week. In our own words and what we thought it was. He graded the assignment and left a note and it said something like, I can't wait to hear what you think of it (the definition) once we get through the class. I think I responded by saying, nothing will change my thought or opinion or definition of this. I never watched the videos or read anything and got 100% on everything. I got bored of the class and didn't turn in one assignment and finished with like a 97%. Which didn't matter because its the GPA I needed.
Yea i did everything to pass rather than to learn. But i do kinda regret that now
Wait til your my age and like, well that was a waste
I already feel like it was a waste but it prob couldve gotten me a better job had i had he job experience
Well you have the experience now
Apparently not. I applied for an HR position at my job and they said my 3 years job experience and biz admin degree technically dont qualify because i haven't worked a previous Hr job
Well, it takes time and patience for a position like that
She claimed even wih patience i wouldn't get it. That i have to do something HR related first
I took HR courses in college and the teacher vouched as a reference for certain students but the man was legit racist and made it clear he wouldn't help anyone of color. He legit said to me “you should go back to your hood and play ball since you like wearing tracksuits so much.” When lots of people of any color wear tracksuits
What the fuq? Should have asked him if he would say that to an Italian-American? I would have popped off on that piece of shìt
He snapped at our whole class. It was diverse with several races. He said something stereotypical to all. Apparently he had been getting reported by students for the past dew years (this wqs back in 2017) but he was a high ranking and still never fired
Thats when you go even higher than the board of directors, if thats where you all went.
I didn't but im sure others did. He had so many complaints I don't know how he kept the job
Because it was kept at a dean level. Gotta go to the president of the university and if that doesn't work, go to the board. If this doesn't work, go to the news and then go to the mayor. If that doesn't work, go to the governor, if that doesn't work go to the congressman.
Need any help? Lol

The college i go to just has it in the title. Calc I and Trig functions. Which are the ones I have to take for engineering. It is 3 dimensional. Plus I'm supposed to be taking engineering physics but its online, the instructor won't change her camera to see it better and she's not fluent in English. So you really can't understand her
I still have the calculus textbook... LOL... And it is thick and covers all 4 classes. I should open it up and take a look to bring back memories of it... LOL... Well that sucks having a physics class where the instructor is not fluent.
Its good stuff to know if its your field. I can't drop it and have a W and I definitely can't get into another instructors class. Since the VA is paying my way, the only option is to fail, take it with a different instructor, and pass then apply for forgiveness.
My advice, for what it is worth, would be to see if you can get a tutor or coach for the class, and pass it. Then it is out of the way. And using a tutor gets you around not being able to understand the instructor. Just a thought.
Its to late now. We are already into the 5th week, and I've done no assignments or exams. Pointless to watch her videos. Its all good
Its a higher form of math. Gets into math for 3D objects, vectors, etc.
