I never skip anything in a book. Ringworld by Larry Niven
It was a French book actually. By Patrick Modiano. The guy is a genius. I wonder if the book was translated in English yet. It's the story of his life, how his parents met during World War II. You wouldn't believe some things they went through.
I mean technically it was a play, but it was called "The Pillowman". It was amazing actually. Creepy and depressing a bit, but interesting and we'll written.
Clive Cussler: Raise the Titanic. It was the last book I read. If I start skipping parts of a book I generally give up because I am not enjoying it.
