Has anyone ever reached out to a celebrity online and they personally replied?

I had two girls from Globe Trekker reply to me, and I had Alice Cooper read two of my emails on his radio show.

  • Yes, I've had a couple celebrities on Twitter.
    Derek Theler, Jean-Luc Bilodeau, and Tahj Mowery from the TV show "Baby Daddy" replied to and retweeted some of my tweets during a live chat while watching the show.
    Jonathan Sadowski from the TV show "Young & Hungry" also responded to my tweet during a live chat.
    Laina (The Overly Attached Girlfriend) liked one of my tweets while live chatting about "Grease: Live!".
    The band We The Kings also replied to me once.

    I'm not sure if it counts, but I've interacted with a couple cast members on the FineBros' React channel.
    One of the guys has liked and replied to my tweets twice. Another I used to chat with pretty regularly and even video chatted.

    I've also had several Youtubers like a comment on Instagram or respond on Youtube.

    Really cool about Alice Cooper!
    None of my celebrity interactions are anything special but it's still cool when they take time to respond to their fans.

  • I had Beartooth respond to be after I tried to book them for a gig. Scheduling conflicts prevented the arrangement from working, but still.

    I also posted a Facebook post years ago about how Emma Stone was my WCW and somehow she saw it and replied to my post. It was here because it was a verified profile! She said she hopes to meet me one day to take me on a date!

    Been in love with that woman ever since. I mean I already thought she was amazing... But still!

  • I got into a fight with James Gunn over Hydra Cap. Homeboy never read a book about WWII after finishing high school and also barely understands that fictional characters don't have agency because humans write them.

    Kinda soured Gaurdians of the Galaxy for a while but I've decided fuck James Gunn I've rubbed my gay Nazi punching hands all over Gaurdians it's mine now.

  • Yeah quite a few times and I still do.

    I sometimes chat with some of my different celebrity connections on LinkedIn:

    • Martin Scorsese;
    • Zaza Pachalia;
    • Shaq;
    • Cherie Blair

    In the past I’ve chatted with Phil Varone from Skid Row (the band was popular before my time).

    I still chat with a lot of prominent high ranking people in the military of certain countries.

    • Shaq doesn't surprise me, but Martin Scorsessi is too high profile
      The others I haven't heard of.
      The guy from Skid Row might have. Some bands do it. And Skid Row is famous, but not THAT famous.

    • He does on Twitter and IMDB.
      A good way to get his attention is to leave a hate comment.
      And he lets viewers call in to his show.
      Although I left him hate comments on Facebook and he didn't reply.
      But another guy roasted him on IMDB and he invited him to New York for an interview. It's on YouTube.
      And he got into a name calling match with a kid on Twitter, then invited him to set

    • You’ve got a good point there with the Martin thing; it probably was someone who works for him.

      Omg are you serious about Chris? Lol That’s crazy! Wow, no wonder people give him shit! Lol
