Ever read a book and be disappointed by the ending?

Just finished a book and am not happy by the ending.
The ending left me in suspense like I know there's got to be more to the story.

  • I almost always get disappointed by ending be it a movie, book or game.
Open endings are the worst but i also hate when i get that feeling like the ending didn't gave me a proper closure or if the ending leaves me emotionally empty.

  • not much of a book reader anymore but when I was a pre teen I went nuts with reading mystery stories of Nancy Drew. I always preferred the old books cause the new ones seemed to always have a weird ass ending to it to me. I had almost 50 of the old books yet I was stupid enough to get rid of all but one *facepalm*

  • I never get to the ending of books that don't have a goid ending. (I feel those boring or dissapointing books not worthy of being read) 😂

  • Yes! Too many times. The Divergent series popped in to my head.

    • The Enchanted Island. Bought a bunch of books from a book store for $4 and it was one of them.
