Interesting. You’re actually in the tech business, so I defo respect your opinion.
We see less and less people using it as alternatives are slowly taken up, but the generations over 35 will likely stick to this iteration of media. In 30-40 years, those generations are slowly cycled out, as newer generations take over with habits of vod sevices like netflix, services like youtube and live streams as entertainment. By the time the newest generation reaches maturity, most of them will barely use a tv at all. It will still take a while to cycle out and the TV itself might still be used, although by then we're looking at 16-32k resolutions, probably with stereoscopic screens (3d) or the next iteration of these.I had the unfortunate pleasure to work on videoplayer technology for 3 entire years 😅If we're lucky, in 35-50 years we'll have full augmented reality lenses/glasses instead of tvs, but that's a stretch goal and might have to wait for full integration until after we pass away.Most of the things I talked about are already being tested, but technology is no longer the bottleneck, it's how fast humans can adapt to new iterations.Anyway, I just emptied my brains just now 😁
Thank you 😊

As soon as I read this question it made me think of that video! Love Drew
Thats me lol. I love my cable. And yea we pay way over $100 for it too. I dont like the way netflix and stuff works
@DizzyDesii That's why I just watch shows online for free.
Yea online ain't the same for me. Even with good speed, there's the occasional skipping or a show not being online in time enough. I prefer cable
TV is better, dude. I am one of those traditional people. :)
But I don't spend money like @DizzyDesii does. Lol
@Jamie05rhs lol i gotta have Hbo, starz, etc. thats the only reason its so high haha. Plus they dont put BET MTV VH1 CW and CBS in the same package so it cost extra to have em all. But yea overall we got like 500 channels
@DizzyDesii 🤦 🙃
My Grandma had a black and white TV in her kitchen up until 2012 when I bought her a color one.
Yes. I was thinking maybe 10 years.
For some the internet usage isn't though. Like me lol. And they use A LOT of it.
