The bell jar by Sylvia Plath. I was written by her about her life and mental issues and depression. It's sad to read it knowing she killed herself but was hopeful in the book that things would get better.

Japanese name was anohana. English translate roughly to "we still dont know the name of the flower we saw that day" a reference to a real flower used in the show called a forget me not. Anyone who has watched that show knows that its basically a walking God of sadness that will rain down on you. It's also very bittersweet
