Meeting my female friend who I haven't seen in over 4 years, we agreed to meet next year in town hoping that things would have settled a bit more by then, though I don't know.

  I am really looking forward to it and so is she, we bought birthday presents for each other in previous years and exchanged them but eventually when she went to university we couldn't, but we still bought a present for each other and it has been sitting in my cupboard for 4 years to give to her, still in the wrapping I put it in, hope she likes it, glad I didn't make a card for back then because it wouldn't fit her age now :D
