I gotta take an anime character since all they do is fight and become stronger so I'll take Shinra Kusakabe.He has flames he can control coming out of his feet so he can fly around and kick people with immense force. He fought his brother who can stop time and he went so fast that he disappeared even when time was stopped. The speed he went at, his body disassembles into particles. It's kinda hard to beat that. But going that fast actually damages his body so he can't do it all the time :D But even his slower speed is still super fast. Here's a pretty cool fight. My second choice would be Dwayne Johnson, but I think that's more for a two-on-many street fight situation. If fictional characters are allowed though, then I'm going with Superman.
