No, sunlight is white and reflects any surface as the color of the object, why do you think grass is green in direct sunlight? Because that's the color it reflects!

Actually, moon can be yellow as well. Just look up to the sties next night ;) it can be red, it can be king of white...
It demends from the positon of observer, position of the moon and atmosphere of Earth.
