Na at this point I believe the only news that should exist is your local news from your area and local newspapers. Cable news and online articles have all become straight up propaganda and the days of the actual news being out there are long gone. It is all about pushing agendas now.

I'm for media honesty, which seems to be something many media outlets have strayed from in the last several decades. Few people trust them anymore and it's not hard to see why.

yeah no, then i'm for media freedom. but i'm also not for a situation that is close to what we have now, where the media basically have controll over the state. it's a volatile balance between those powers.

it's actually a big issue. i'm against "fact checkers" for example, cause they mostly just do more opinion making than actually "checking facts neutrally", cause they are a: incompetend and b: not independend of investors... and on the other hand, we have a huge problem with sensational fake news and missinformation in the media. i don't know how to solve that.
