I don't know either, but always want more new movies to watch
First one is by David Lynch (heard of twin peaks? The same director.), and the second one is for Scorsese (raging bull, taxi driver, irishman, etc).

Also Donnie Darko:https://youtu.be/ZZyBaFYFySk
And extremely unpopular and kind of boring as a film, but Beyond the Black Rainbow:https://youtu.be/nWF0bBKhe6o
Love Donnie Darko! Haven't seen the other one
Excalibur is sooooo amazing to me but I think it's not for everybody. The acting is Shakespearean, not very natural, and it is kind of a strange film. I remember being moved so much by Leon when I was almost precisely your age though. I think with that one, it's so violent at the beginning in an unusual way. Then you see this Leon guy and he's so awesome, but also vulnerable -- not a superhero exactly. And the girl, Matilda -- she's not your ordinary girl with her desire to learn how to kill. It's extremely unorthodox. But it has so much emotional weight.
I tend to like the movies that actually impact my dreams after -- even if they're sort of conventionally bad in most people's ideas. They tend to have some moments or visuals and performances that are so striking to me that I can't help but think about them long after even in my dreams. I also loved Midsommar -- even more than Hereditary.
Yeah I love leon for the same reasons. I see a lot of me in mathilda, it just sits deep u know, I've loved it for a few years. Haven't seen hereditary, but midsommar was good.
I thought the end of Leon was so moving when I first watched it... and with the Sting soundtrack:https://youtu.be/QK-Z1K67uaA?list=RDQK-Z1K67uaA
I think with Leon, it paints such a cruel world that you see the contrast in the humanity of Leon more -- even though he is a hired killer.
Yup. Nothing is black and white.
Good people do bad things. Bad people do good things.
You like Game of Thrones? I liked it until the last couple of seasons. Maybe a bit provocative but I think now, in hindsight, that Leon also explored themes of parenting... like Leon was an invincible hitman until he took care of this girl, then he died protecting her... but it was worth it to him -- noble sacrifice. And that could be very cliche and cheesy but they did it in a moving way.
It was ok, I saw the first season and it didn't really grab me so never went back to it.
I have to try to remember what I liked most as a teen and check out Virgin Diaries. The tastes seem to change as we grow older (not so much due to maturity -- at least not on my part since I sometimes wonder if I'm any more mature now than back then -- but more due to sheer exposure and seeing all kinds of things and growing bored with them). Back then I definitely loved Leon, Donnie Darko, Se7en, Interview with the Vampire, Re-Animator, Silence of the Lambs, The Game, later Memento, films of this nature.
Yeah that's also a great movie :) I love both, didn't realise it's the same director that's cool
I haven't heard of it, but I'll check it out
Ok rude. That's what scrolling is for. Wasting your and my time, you could of answered in the time u took.
Cut n Paste... (I answer questions just so they will STOP showing up on my screen...)
I’m telling you girl you should get into modeling
You even look better than Olivia Newton John from your country In her prime
I haven't seen them except the main bits, are they quotes from it? It's a boxing movie right? Or gym movie.. I don't know
It’s a professional boxing movie and it’s for the heavyweight championship of the world. Plus about life itself
