Why in most hollywood movies where nudity is shown, only the breasts of the actress are shown and not bare butts?

You want too see lots of bare butts, NYPD Blue showed almost one per episode in thier first season, which kind of grossed me out, since the majority of bare butts were male butts.
The female viewers were happy 😊. Male viewers,😵not so much.
