How can I help my friend?

She is always so bright and happy and full of life, very goal oriented but her family treats her bad they dont care for her wellbeing or safety they bullied her put of the house and then she took pills for depression ssion cause she thought she was 'depressed' only she wasn't and then her family stopped she

. I feel so sad for her.
