Well... did he rape her? Is that why he's the father? Because in that case, I'd say he doesn't really have the rights to the child anymore. He "made it" illegally. In that case yes it's fine. And, if he raped kids, then... yes. Yes, he shouldn't be consulted about his kid either. But, if he was a rapist without having conceived the child through rape, and without being a pedophile, then... I guess no. It would still kind of be wrong to deny him of his say about the child. After all the child is legitimately half-his, and there's no reason to believe he'd be a danger to the child-- although he might be a danger to the mother I don't know. I guess that depends-- so he should still be able to have a say.
"It would still kind of be wrong to deny him of his say about the child." Rapists shouldn't be allowed anywhere near children, and he can raise the child to have a bad mindset that could lead the child to engage in criminal activities too
@mistixs I'm sorry but unless he raped A CHILD then I really don't follow your logic. I could make the same argument for someone who got caught running a red light. You wouldn't say THAT should disqualify him from parenthood, would you?Obviously there are instances of people being dangerous in general, and those people would by themselves be considered not to be around children, regardless of whether they have actually committed a crime or not. But if he can legally have a child after having raped an adult not related to the child, then the only circumstance I can think of is the man just got out of prison and is either on parole or free after serving his sentence for the rape. So, he has already been punished. If he is not a repeat offender then there isn't much more reason than any other man to suspect he may rape someone again, and because he raped an adult there is no more reason than for any other man to suspect he would rape his child.Yes, he may be a bad influence, but again, that would just as much be the case for anyone who has broken any law or hurt anyone in any way... who says he isn't sorry for it?
If you rape someone, you’re a sex offender and will be demanded to stay away from children so it really doesn’t matter
Yes, but even your own kids, especially if you have them after your release? Is that really the case? Well no, I know for a fact there isn't any law against a sex offender getting married or having kids of their own. Where it could get tricky is if they had the kids before becoming a sex offender. I don't know as much about that.
Well, most of the time I think of scientific questions
Yes but still at least take a little break. How do you process so much information.
I have a big brain and once I know something I remember it forever
Can I borrow a small piece of that. I forget things very easily.
Do you study what you read?
I don't know 🤷😋

Personally no I don't think the father should know if he is a rapist. He is dangerous.
