Mental training?I have written meditation in my daily task but I always skip it, does it really work?
Well what I mean is if you always use your brain to ask questions and observe and analyze and research and draw conclusions about time and context you will become more rational and culturally sensitive and socially responsive
Why do I get scared whenever someone calls my name? The first thought comes to mind is to think I'm being called because I've done something wrong?
What did you mean by conclusions about time?
You might have performance anxiety brought on by critical parents - it can be fixed with meditation and releasing negative energy by bringing it to the surface
By time and context what I mean is different circumstances compel different types of responses because the people change the ideological authority changes and the needs and requirements change but social training and mental training will give you a brain that can adapt to those types of changes
How does one release negative energy and bring it to the surface?
Your inner healing comes in its own time - but living an ethical and self protecting life can help lead you there
Do you suggest any books that would fasten the healing?
I haven’t read enough books to answer this question but read my most recent my take on the 4 gifts of God and the closest I can come up with is loving kindness meditation books and books on gratitude - I borrowed a book in high school called healing the shame you don’t deserve but that was 18 years ago and I no longer remember what the book said - autobiographies and joyous speeches which you can find in convocation speeches and quotation websites online can also help - memorize Martin Luther kings speeches because joy has healing properties and so does glory and praise
There is another thing - I addressed the joy which I think can work like a panacea for mental issues but it is totally separate from the healing process for those who do not have access to it and in my limited experience I'm not sure if joy can heal spiritual wounds - I know it can heal moral issues - whether it can heal inner injuries - not sure but focusing on ethical living will allow the healing process to naturally come to you and when it does you have to avoid rationalizing your relationships with others in a way that allows people to trigger further damage in you
