Don’t think any of that matters. Women have autonomy over their bodies and can terminate pregnancies up until a point- usually third trimester. We need more science if we want to regulate it further. Although current science says brain activity and conscious doesn’t come online until third trimester anyway, so I’m good.
I agree.Though my pro choice is in contraceptives and abstinence, which is possible, but we make our own choices and accept the consequences for them.
So a one day old baby is human but not 2 days before? Care to explain?
Well from the point they are able to survive outside of the womb wether that is assisted or not
So the vagina determines a human life? what if it is a premature baby in a country that cannot sustain it vs a country that is wealthy and can. Is it no longer a human life? That's a contradiction. Kids are dependent even after infancy. Is a 3 year old not a human life?
No the point in which the baby can survive without the womb. I believe that this is from 23/24 weeks.
Mothers will often put the life of their child first, before their own.
@bailey11 I know, and I hope she is still OK. I haven't heard anything for a while. . .
@bailey11 Do you have children?
Why not at conception?
Because the only difference between conception and a sperm cell or egg is that the sperm cell is inside of the egg. You can use a similar argument that used towards that savage girl in the other thread. To say it's not a human directly before birth but is human directly after birth is just silly. There's little difference between those two instances that are only moments apart. In this case, the sperm cell entering the egg doesn't make it a human, it makes it a sperm cell inside of an egg. That's all it is. We can use another one of your arguments towards savage girl about cells. Your skin cells aren't a human. My sperm cell isn't a human. Her egg isn't a human. A sperm cell inside of an egg isn't a human. If you cut off your finger, you haven't committed murder because your finger is not a human, despite the cells in your finger being the same cells in a human. Even for a period of time post-conception there is no human, there is no human-level sentience. All there is is a clump of cells that are producing more cells that or organizing themselves in complex ways, of which would eventually form a human. But just because those cells are alive, as the cells in your fingers are, that doesn't mean they're human.
Vote option #5
There is no option five, they are lettered, not numbered. Come on now, this isn’t complicated.
so if someone came a stabbed "it" according to her, there should be no recourse. No human life was taken, just whatever the hell is attached to the umbilical cord.
@Ripper_E I've seen more and more people, mostly feminists, who believe this. This must be new - never before seen in mankind's history.
My wife's a feminist and she knows that human life begins at conception. We learned it in high school biology class.
@Ripper_E "according to her, there should be no recourse" I don't agree with her; I think a baby is a human being. However, even according to this woman's reasoning, that isn't necessarily true. If a person stabs someone else's cat, there can be recourse, even if no human life was taken. I see no reason the same couldn't be the case here.@David92506 nope. Definitely not new. Look into Ancient Rome, for instance. A patriarchal society. Fathers were allowed to kill their babies.
I'm surprised. I thought you would have been completely in the pro life camp
Im republican but dont agree with all aspects of it.
I really appreciate that. It means you're not ideologically possessed, you have nuance and thought in your opinions
so if you are in a room where no one can see you? You are no longer human. Or if you are blind, and deaf, no one else is human.
We can see them through amniocentesis. They participate in our world because they often make their mother have morning sick, which means she maybe can't do things like have sex with her husband. When they kick their mother, they have a "reputation" of being a boy or strong, etc. If you're born at home with no doctor, midwife, you don't have a birth certificate yet. Does that mean you're not a person yet. Your name usually isn't "published" unless your dad puts an ad in the paper under births.
And why you comparing a room for mother's womb? You're also comparing being blind and deaf to a fetus. All i'm saying is if you are not outside your mother's womb then you're not a human yet. it's easy to comprehend without making any strawman arguments about it. The key word here is born. If you are born but you just lock yourself in a room, that doesn't change the fact that anyone had seen you and that includes your mom. @bailey11 amniocentesis is not the same as in person i'm talking about. If you are born at home, it is also a rule that you should get a birth certificate as soon as the baby is born so if that rule is applied then that means regardless if the baby doesn't have birth certificate, the rules said they should and that means they are humans already.
@Ripper_E i know you're going to make any more literal examples like what if she is blind or what if she is death and she cannot hear or see the baby? It is still in fact the fetus is born even if she cannot see it and separated from her that she can feel the baby outside from her. What if she died giving birth? Then someone is going to take care of it or the baby dies with her. And when someone took care of that baby that also means that baby had a physical contact with someone else.
Nope, I'm showing you that you make no sense. In both case of being locked in a room where no one can see you and being in the womb is that no one can see you. So in both those instances, according to your flawed way of thinking, you are not human. Furthermore, birth certificates and names are not a consistent concept. You think the drafted birth certificates 4,000 years ago? Were they not human either? You are determining a human life by a piece of paper and a name, in other words if you were never given a name, you would not be human right now. A fact, a law of nature, is not determined by a piece of paper or a name. What do you constitute as participating in our world? What I was saying is that if a person is blind, deaf, mute, paralyzed, they are no longer human in your eyes. You are trying to pick and choose when it's a life and will create new reasons if yours don't work. That is why you are wrong. Not a matter of opinion.
@Ripper_E Except you’re already “born” but locked in a room. Except you’re already “born” but only blind and deaf. And by being born, that just means at least 1 have seen or felt you outside of the womb and that would be the mother. It doesn’t take a genius to understand that. Even if it’s not consistent, that still exist for a reason being born is much more meaningful than being conceived as also in fact we’re social creatures. So yes birth certificates are just a paper form of welcoming anyone to this world. Even if it’s like prehistoric, anyone can just make a birth certificate out of rocks. The law of nature doesn’t interfere with people’s point of views either there for saying a fetus is a human is your point of view. But what the law of nature said is a fetus is a fetus but a human is a human. This is why being “born” happens for a reason.
@Ripper_E Then I can also say, if you think a fetus is a human then you're wrong. That's still your opinion.
No end to the ignorant answers this Anonymous tiny dicked TROLL will add to legit questions.
How is my opinion an ignorant answer she asked & i said when the person can Tell when she is pregnant after a few days that’s when stfu
That is not what you said! You said after she has been NUTTED in that's when you believe life starts. In all of my 20 adult years I have never heard a female use the word NUTTED which makes me think you are just a boy pretending to be a girl.
A one day old cannot live outside the mothers uterus without some one to feed it it and wipe its ass. So how old would it have to be?
That is flawed logic. A baby can be premature and survive in a hospital with the most up to date technology but in a third world country, die without the necessary equipment. So it isn't a human life if it's born in the Congo or something. Make absolutely no sense.
@Ripper_E But it is still living. A 20 week old cannot no matter how much support it is given. A 3 week old one is still cells.
@DreamCatchcer You have to be one of the stupidest fuckers on the planet.
Heck, a 30 year old is "still cells".
Nope. You said can live and I just told you that it cannot. Doesn't matter the circumstances, it cannot survive outside the womb. Therefore according to you, even if it's born and you are holding it in your hand and it's alive for but a moment, it is not human because it is born in the Congo and not in the U. S. or some other wealthy country. So location and technology determine a human life as well.
Hey godfathers, thanks for proving my point. By calling me me names you show you cannot dispute my point intelligently. Once again. Abortion kills human life. That is a scientific fact.
Even though babies have been born at 22 weeks...
@Ripper_E We don’t know when “personhood” or evening consciousness really starts. Science says a fetus’ brain doesn’t grow the capacity for consciousness until the third trimester. But still we’re not scientists.
When their born does what?
Read the question and you’ll figure it out
The question doesn't refer to anyone's born doing anything, let alone whose born it is.
“When do u think a fetus become human being” now look at my response and maybe then you’ll use your brain
It's an incomplete sentence that refers to an unknown person's born.
WHEN THE BABYS ARE BORN MY GOD DO U UNDERSTAND NOW? God damn bye✌️
Yes, thank you.
Duh? so even though the only difference is that it's outside the womb, it is only a human when it is out. In other words, you cannot see it, therefore not human. So if a blind person shoots you, it isn't murder. They cannot see you.
Are you pro life? Worrying about some cells that’s not even born? ✋😭bye
I'm not worried about cells. My skin is made up of cells. I don't consider my skin a human life.
Ok good for u😺👍
You are either trolling, given your name to just say whatever you think will hurt or piss people off, or you're just an idiot with an uneducated opinion.Bye bye imbecile.
Ooop not the prolifer hurt cause I don’t care about your opinions 😳better get that checked out hun
You're so sweet. <3I like you a lot.
