At what age would/did you start potty training your child?

mine started being introduced to the potty as soon as they could sit unassisted... started out by introducing them to the potty and let them get used to it with their nappy on, then over the following months when they wanted to go toilet they were taught to sit on there when they needed to go... at age 2 they were taught to use it without their nappy, and by 3 they were using it automatically...

A little after he turned one or so, just after he started walking completely on his own. He was fully trained just after he turned two.

I don’t have kids but I would say as soon as they are able to understand language and speak - like if they can say mommy and food and thirsty and hungry - than I would begin to train them

She was one and a half. She took to it pretty quickly. Still had nighttime accidents while she slept for quite a few years. She sleeps very deeply.

Maybe like 2 weeks if I had to do it. I really don't wanna change diapers that often. How hard is it to use the toilet? There is handle here. Just pull it when you do a poo a pee. If you can't talk yet, just shout like, "Gaaaa!" or something like that. It can be different from "Bawaaah!" You know, like let's work out a deal here.

We were going to start on our eldest a couple of weeks after his 2nd birthday, had a long weekend out aside to stay home and run him to the toilet every 15 minutes.

Turns out he decided to do it himself the weekend before, once he got the idea he was pretty well right after that.

My kids were both 2 1/2 when they started peeing in the toilet and about 3-3 1/2 when they could finally poop in the toilet.

As far as I know kids here need to be potty trained before they start kinder so I'd start at 1 and a half.

When they're two years old... and I think I was 3 when I stopped wearing diapers 24/7 but I don't remember being potty trained.
