Why do I sleep so lightly?

I live out in the country alone in this house and honesty it is so quite like I mean you could hear mice that's how bad it is. Yet when i live in someone else home or rent a room for work the loud sounds of other people mingling about bother me. Even the slight noise sometimes...

Because you're nervous! You have so many things on your mind. You're trying to figure out your next move before you even doze off. It's probably difficult for you to be positive as your thoughts probably run rapid. You can't stay still and must keep busy, you may need to feel productive in your sleep. Sleeping may even equal lazy to you. You are probably stressed out about family gatherings, Christmas, work, relationships and many more. You sacrifice a great deal of your time to make goals a reality. You probably have too many things on your plate! All in all you're restless. You need a weekend of fresh air and no phones, away from everything. To sleep and rest and smell life's roses. This should reset you! You are on demand too often!

yes i hate noise when i sleep. especially if its a quiet noise, i can get used to a lawn mower but not a tiny high pitched noise

you know what helps? sleep with an audio book on it will train you to like noise better if you get into a story
