I have Miss Kitty, my eldest and most "get into everything" cat:She is waiting at the door when I come home every evening. She insists on being picked up and held, having her belly rubbed, being told how beautiful she is, etc., before I do anything else.

Then there is the feral cat I rescued from the shelter at months: Miss AnaShe sleeps in my bed every night and she sits and listens whenever I play the piano. She loves Rachmaninoff!

There is a third cat - Mister Thunder - who was here before I arrived. I don't really own him but he has agreed to eat my food in exchange for keeping the rodent population decimated. He is an old man so I let him sleep on my enclosed back porch every night or whenever it is raining. I don't have a current picture of him but he is a handsome grey tabby. He has an extensive vocabulary but all of his words are spelled "M - E -O - W."

My wife and I have two cats. One is a small framed Burmese who is built like a panther. Her name is Coco because she is brown all over with a coffee-colored face. we've had her for a few years.
We just got another cat a couple months ago and is maybe 5 or 6 months old now. He's a big, super furry, marmalade-colored Maine Coon. My wife named him Potus because he is an "orange man". Get it? LOL

We have a large Century farm house in a rural area. There is a 24/7 pass-through to the back yard that sees heavy traffic from our dogs and cats. Just inside this door is an open feeding station for both that is always well filled with quality dry food. Our cats, being very sociable, invite their friends in for a bite should they be in the neighbourhood. Our Alpha is a Norwegian Forest Cat, aptly named Goliath, and he is one massive and mean S. O. B. who services somewhere around six or seven females, several being Maine Coon Cats. The offspring are all insanely large, floofy, and soft, which makes for our home being populated by walking smoke screens.

I sort of have three. But it's more that THEY have ME: they are/were strays from around and allowed me to feed them every now and then. Now they use my home as a base for their operations.
There were 4; but one fellow recently did not survive a quarrel he had with a group of stray dogs.

The development I'm in doesn't allow dogs. They shit on other people's property. I don't let my cats go out, I've lost a few that way from not understanding that a big monster made of metal will kill them. I've always had cats, up to 8 at one time.
