Is it emotionally smart to post on social media each single year a comment or a photo that remembers your husband death?

There is a former classmate from high school that on December 23r (today like 11 years ago) his husband died from an aneurism. The reason for her each end of the year are sad days for her and for many years after her husband died, she did not celebrate neither Christmas or New Year not even with her close family, she always stayed home alone with her only daughter. Due to her husband death, she had to go tot he shrink and started to drink a lot.. The years had passed she had overcome much better her husband death. for some years now she socializes better but still precisely in this time of the year is the moment sadness hit again But still each year since her husband death she post on social media his anniversary with a photo of them together when they got married.

I dont know if still in this time of the year, she still isolates from her own immediate family (mother, siblings) and do nto celebrate anything and she stays at home only with her asughter. or now she does spend time together with her family.

So like I said each single year she posts on social media and talk about her husband death anniversary, and that had been happening since the day he died, each single year.

Is it emotionally good to post taht on social media each single year, something that is so personal and private?
