I've toyed with the idea of wearing a bikini type swimsuit, but probably never will. A big reason is because of my religion, and wanting to be more modest. (I would maybe wear skirt, and a "crop top" top). The other big reason was because, going to beach I saw a lot of girls who didn't particuarly look great in a bikini, and I was afraid that I wouldn't look good either. I know wearing a bikini can be a confidence builder, but do you think all girls should do it? I personally think any girl is allowed to wear a bikini, but I would hope they wouldn't wear a bikini if it didn't exactly compliment them. What are your thoughts?

Well, if body confidence is the only problem you're having, I can tell you right now that you would look amazing (btw I love the dress you're wearing in your pic!)!
But modesty... yeah. I'm looking to be more modest in the way I dress as well. Recently I bought this really cute bathing suit, it has a skirt attached and it looks like a cute dress, but made out of bikini fabric. So if you're looking to wear something modest while swimming that could be great for you. Those are cute and fashionable and won't make you feel left out.
Should everyone wear a bikini? Honestly, I really want to say yes... But I have to say no. Not everyone can pull off a tight dress or skinny jeans, not everyone can pull off a bikini even though quality and cut can help tremendously when choosing the right one for your bodytype. I'm overweight and I won't wear them anymore (I used to be skinny and wear them, but since I gained so much weight I stopped).
But if other people feel comfortable wearing them, then I don't care, not for me to say or judge I guess.0
