Is it bad to wear a black belt with brown shoes IF the shirt is not tucked in and you would only see the belt if you lifted the shirt up?

Usually when I'm going out with friends and it's casual I'll wear jeans, brown "boots" (they're nice) and maybe a v-neck tee shirt (also casual). I only have a black belt. But the shirt drapes over the belt because I don't tuck it in. Is that okay? Do girls notice that?

Also, I have a black banded watch I like to wear. Does that clash with brown shoes?
