Best thing you can do are squats. You can do bodyweight and work up to adding more weight. I also highly suggest step ups and lunges. Do all 3 bodyweight first then add weight.
Do a little bit of homework. YouTube is quite resourceful to find routines other than squats that bring a definite shape to your butt. The other comment about nutrition is partially correct. You need to either gain muscle definition or lose body fat.

gain 10 pounds then do a bunch of squats, im assuming ur ass gets bigger then u loose the extra weight
