If it makes a person feel better about themselves I don't see a problem
I don't see any issue with it. If it helps people like their body more, then this should keep being a thing.

I don't get it. If you have a problem with your body then eat less junk and work out.
It can't hurt. Similar to someone afraid of heights skydiving.
