  • no. It can help your skin but it can't cure bacterial infections

  • I believe that was found to be untrue. Drinking a lot of water is undoubtedly good for you, but it's not going to be the cure for your acne and make your skin all of a sudden glow. I believe a healthy skin care routine and healthy everyday habits like putting on sunscreen, will help skin to glow.

  • It won't completely cure your skin, but it will help flush out toxins from your body which will help keep your skin hydrated. You also could develop a simple skincare routine and clean up your diet if need be, too 😊

  • Nah. You'll just be hydrated. Acne is either from diet or it is hormonal

  • Possibly bc it cleans your system, either way water is good for the body

What Guys Said 2

  • No to both. Pimples are caused by bacteria that feed off the oils in the face. Drinking water doesn't reduce oil production. Drinking too much water ( more than 4 litres) without physical exercise can be harmful to you. Just drinking water doesn't make skin glow.

  • Your skin will become healthier, of course. Not sure about the pimples though
