Yes, leather jackets are always a yes.
Lol. Good to know :P
Just be careful with how you pair it. For example, don't wear sweatpants or a big bulky sweater underneath.
Yeah, I'm actually a blue-jeans-and-T-shirt kind of guy.
Lol, awesome. I've never been the best at fashion, so I appreciate the advice.
No problem :) Fashion's always been an interest of mine, so I'm happy to talk about it.
Awesome. Problem is, the jacket was a gift so it's a bit worn. I like the worn look on the fabric, but it's missing the bottom button. I'm going to need to replace that eventually. Just not sure how I could go about doing it... But anyways, the jacket is kind of a loose fit, and I'm 5'9" and overly skinny, so how would the jacket look?
Some leather jackets look even better once they've been worn in a little bit--especially if you've got that cracked leather going on, I think that looks cool. For the button, either find one that looks near identical to the others or replace them all. Mismatching buttons look kinda wonky, and wonky doesn't suit leather jackets. And men's jackets are supposed to be loose--look at James Dean's looks, all his jackets are like two sizes too big.
Ok, interesting. Like I said, I don't understand fashion, so that size thing goes right above my head. But no longer!!! Lol. And as for that button, I'm *hoping* I can manage to get my hands on an identical replacement, because they're really nice metal buttons with the Levi's logo written on them. And my jacket's leather is only cracked on the edges of the sleeves.
Thanks again. :)
Don't most Levi's stores offer tailoring and repair services? You could take your jacket there, and they'll probably find you a button and replace it for you.
I don't know, but I'll check that out. Thanks! :)
Well, I just realized, I say buttons, but they're snaps. Whoops. Lol.
Lol, those are still replaceable, don't worry. And no problem!
