Who do you think has a better singing voice - Selena Gomez or Ariana Grande?

I think both singers are a bit tinny. I'm not sure with further vocal training that could be corrected or they've already reached the highest quality level that they can reach. You see singers like Lady Gaga who was already a good singer really improve after working with Tony Bennett for awhile.

Also, there has to be some soul behind the music. A singer can be a so so singer but if something is coming out from deep within them their emotions can lift the singer to a higher level even if if they don't have the highest abilities. It is possible both could improve but it requires their label company making the effort to give them continuous training.

Gonna say Ariana Grande purely because in the top video, Selena Gomez is lip syncing her own music. I went to college for two years and for how she is "singing" and flailing that mic around. There is no way that she sang that perfectly or didn't even hear a single breath from her throughout the duration of that song.
