That you so much for taking the time to write this! You won't believe this but I get cold legs even wearing long underwear under my pants. I find the wind cuts right through them. I'm a wuss, I admit.
shoot - the other thing i wanted to tell you and it's going to sound crazy (but i'm getting a reputation!) is coconut water! i do not believe in fads or diets or any of that crap but i have found that coconut water not only keeps me warmer (?) it helps with my leg cramps. and i don't question things that help! so try it. but i drink like a ton of it a day - and also make sure you are drinking enough regular water with the coconut water!
umm I'm not sure those booty shorts will help keep me warm lol
Not like those.. lol. I meant sleepwear material like that.
Crop top is literally the opposite of reasonable
My whole outfit is unreasonable for the cold

lol, I work out *too* much, I do almost an hour of cardio a day, I have a very low body fat % hence being cold all the time... :(
Hmmm could it be that your calorie intake is too low? Lack of calories can leave you feeling cold as well... just a thought! Otherwise warm footbaths in the evenings really do help😊👍
Maybe!! I can try eating more! But I'm looking for some clothing specifics :)
Skiing underwear! They are usually not noticeable under the normal clothes and add an extra layer ;-)
I already wear leggings under my jeans and I'm still freezing :(
The most important parts of your body to keep warm are your torso and your feet. Wearing wooly socks might help. I don't know which types of jackets and vests are the warmest, but I got a few that are really comfy. Fleece might also help, but the material isn't my cup of tea so I tend to stay away from that.
I'm willing to invest, and my style is generally sporty, but I will wear anything that you suggest to keep me warm
Do you have an REI membership? Because it’s hard to go wrong with like a fleece vest under a jacket. Kinda like thiswww.rei.com/.../patagonia-better-sweater-fleece-vest-womenswww.rei.com/.../columbia-splash-a-little-ii-jacket-womens
i did, and my iron levels are normal, however the doctor did mention a low % body fat...
Hmm. I don’t know if that would have any bearing but the next thing to check is your blood circulation. If it’s low or restricted it can cause cold hands or feet
