in my opinion, instead of trying 2 isolate areas like jaw, u do something which keeps ur whole body upright and flings ur body around. maybe even da contact isn't so important, like if u wear motorcycle helmet and race a lot, or go-cart racing, or anything like that. or kickboxing or boxing. things like that. but i wouldn't focus on it too much. just build power. power power power. then ur jaw reflects dat along with other parts
also i think it is mistake 2 think of body in isolated ways, like jaw, or neck, or pecs, delts, bis, abs. it helps 2 think of body as one indivisible unit. compound motions. u look at guys who isolate a lot and they got like a thick neck with narrow shoulders, or skinny neck with huge bis, or huge pecs with chicken legs, or whatnut. whole body. move as one. divide as one. u wanna chisel out a jaw then focus less on da jaw and focus on the whole as one group
other thing is posture and form. how u walk, how u talk, everything. u do pull-ups looking down and that probably won't chisel much out in da face. forward or upright. erect posture. even when u walk
